Remove bath flexi drain pipe from drain and replace with new drain grate, and remove earth wire from power. I need to have the bath deinstalled for removal.

Hi. I am looking for someone to fix up a suspected leak in our pool plumbing. the area is paved and has concrete underneath so this would have to be pulled up and then replaced. We would like the pipes that are currently sitting above floor level to be installed under the paved area at the same time.

Switch off water mains, uninstall old shower head, install new arm and shower head, turn mains water back on. This is a townhouse, water mains valve very stiff, if not stuck.

We have just demolished our house and need the sewer and storm water capped. Need a licensed plumber with an excavator and also require certificatation for the job.

The down pipe that in connected to the gutter on our roof has come loose/ eroded/ cracked over time- so rather than all the water going into the water tank, it just goes on the ground next to it. I have brought the new pipes, adhesives, primer and piping concrete if required. It’s approx 15 job for someone who knows what they are doing.

2008 Suzuki Hyabusa, with leaking fork seals, need replacing

Needing the toilet seat replaced. Toilet seat is stuck on pretty good. The nut is stuck on the bolt. I have WD40 you can use. The inside side against the wall is a tight space.

Shower and toilet drains gurgling and normal plunging and liquid dissolver not working.

Move sink from one wall to the other

shower is leaking, photos attached. The water is leaking to the outside of the bathroom. Need a diagnosis and fix. Not looking for a bandaid fix, need to identify root cause and fix that. this shower was recently renovated, 10months ago.

Large disability bath removed from bathroom in Yarraville and delivered to Heathcote. The bath has motors in it so is heavy Bath requires manhandling to remove from bath room due to entrance of the room. The hall is over 4ft wide so lots of room just a tight turn No help is available at either end. Bath will also need to be disconnected from drain (flexible pipe)

Our shower is leaking, we’ve had a plumber come out in the past and he said it’s just needs to be resealed. So needing the old sealing removed, cleaned and dried and then about 4m of sealing around edge of shower tiles and screen.

My toilet keeps dripping. I’ve changed the seat washer but it keeps dripping inside the bowl. It looks like in time, the cistern maybe overfills and then it starts dripping but I could be wrong. Happy to reimburse for parts separately if needed.
