Find a professional privacy screen installer in VIC

I am needing vertical shade sails to block out our neighbours roof with an ugly air conditioner unit on it. We are wanting steel posts concreted into the ground. We are wanting the posts/poles to be roughly 6m high. The shade sails to be somewhere between 4-5m but starting at 2m off the ground and about 4-5m wide. We are wanting it similar to this but with the shade sails much closer together and the fabric pulled extremely tight. We are in Caulfield South.

Remove a privacy screen, which is above a side gate, as pictured. About 15-20 allan key screws need to be removed. My drill wasn't powerful enough. Strong drill required! Should take around 20 minutes. I have the step ladder which can be used.

Spray wash and brush down of privacy screens. Roller paint and some brush painting work using decking oil on the screens. The oil will need to be applied upto 3 times over a number of days. My bamboo privacy screen has come a little unhinged with the strong winds. One side is now loose. I’m wanting someone to re-secure it. I’m not sure if just putting in new screws will hold as the last one are still attached to the wood or if something else needs doing.
