I need roller shutter installed for my window in front of the house. It can be electrical or manual i dont mind. I prefer manual.

Electric shutters for 2 windows has stopped working. Remainder if whole house working (2 storey). Not sure why. Need it fixed. ?electrical or mechanical problem. Shutters were installed 2 years ago by Doc Shutters who has left interstate and the electrician he used is not contactable unfortunately.

I left the window open and accidently closed the roller shutter. The roller shutter opens and closes fully but make a horrible noise at the end.

I have two roller shutters that are not functioning properly and not moving up and down correctly and getting stuck. Looking for a quote to fixed. Motors are functioning, but it sounds like the roller shutters a skipping or misaligned.

Electronic roller shutter has possibly bucked or unhinged. Can hear motor but Won't go up or down.

Hi, we have a roller shutter that is letting light in. Due to the nature of the install the only way to prevent this is to caulk the side of the shutter. See photo. This is on a second story so a ladder is required. There is a roof to walk on so its easy once up there. See second photo. Colour: Monument. Must be done this Friday afternoon (22 November. Potential for another 1 or 2 shutters to require caulking on the day. Will increase the price if that is the case.

A technician previously raised a concern about both shutters being controlled by a single switch, which could have caused the motor failure, though other factors like water ingress, faulty components, improper installation, or an incorrect motor may also be to blame. We need someone to inspect and fix the issue. Please note this is on the second floor, and a standard ladder may not be tall enough.
