Hi, we require a router to be installed and all the antennas and wifi to be connected at the back of the new router to replace the current router, It has already been configured. We will need TeamViewer access to check everything is working. Send photos after completion. Equipment tools required; Take a laptop with an ethernet cable if required to login to the router. we will login and check everything is working, onsite before 10.30am;

The router is currently positioned in a spot where WiFi coverage doesn’t reach the entire apartment, resulting in insufficient bandwidth in the office. To improve connectivity, I need the router moved approximately 10 meters with an extended cable, ensuring all cables are neatly hidden around the room.

I am wanting to hardwire my Samsung TV & laptop directly to the WIFI router so I can keep the WIFI off. Need to check that Ihave the correct cords etc first so we may need a video call.

Hi I have a wavlink wifi extender that needs reconnection as I have a new router. Would also like my robo vac installed properly and set up. If this can be done online or over the phone I’m happy for that too as long as it gets sorted out.
