I just moved into my new home and had to arrange internet. I now have the modem and NBN box but it’s not working. I have multiple nbn ports in my wall, I connected to the first one, but the cord is designed to not unscrew. So I can’t try the others. Vodafone said they’d send out a technician on the 22nd of april, but it’s been a couple of weeks and need it sorted now 😅

We need a technician to purchase a router and configure if for a FTTN NBN Service, you will be re-imbursed for the router purchase. We can discuss router models after job is assigned (just a basic Netgear or TP-Link). The only requirement for the router is that is must allow SIP-ALG to be disabled. We have a Yealink base station and 5 DECT handsets at the client site that need to be plugged in. The DECT Base station will auto-provision, the technician just needs to connect the 5 handsets to the base station (we can provide instructions for this). Prefer somebody with experience installing Yealink DECT handsets and is comfortable configuring a router, the only custom router config settings we require is remote access and have SIP-ALG disabled. My modem / router died, I’ve purchased a new one and have it connected to my NBN unit but it can’t establish an internet connection. I can Connect to the device otherwise, just can’t get an internet connection. I also have a Wifi Range extender in the mix but haven’t got that far yet as I don’t have internet yet. Needing assistance with connecting our internet with this mew modem. I'm pretty sure we use a landline connection but the connection light is not appearing to show.
