Repair the porcelain of a broken sink

I am in need of a plumber to install my laundry sink please. I need the sink installed (hold in bench has been cut) and sealed, drain installed, waste pipe with connection point for washing machine waste pipe installed (don't have this), hole in side of cupboard cut to allow for washing machine waste pipe, and new tap handles installed for faucets. Available to be completed tomorrow 21st after 11am, sat 22nd before 11am, sun 23rd after 1pm, Mon 24th before 10am or after 5pm, wed 26th after 3:30pm or Thu 27th after 3pm. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.

Tap fixture has rotted the bench top. Easy fix is to patch damage and move tap to the other side. Factory setting, rental.

I need to remove the current double basin sink, and install a new waterfall sink. Currently the tap is located on the wall. That probably needs to be taken off and patched up. And a new tap connection probably needs for the new sink, as the tap is designed within the sink itself. I already have the sink purchased. Please checkout the images.

Mixer in kitchen sink is not turning hot. Expect the hot water is isolated somewhere as cold water flow working fine, however can't find hot water isolation valve. If mixer replacement required, will have the part on the day for installation. Front right gas burner on stove top not turning on. Suspected due to the knob mechanism being stuck (required some degreasing and cleaning to get the other three burners on stove top working), can't get last burner to press down/turn to get gas on. Require assistance to get working.
