3 Doors. They are wobbly and have a few missing parts. They require tracks, side guides and the timber panel to hide the rollers.

The door has come out of the rails on one end. So it is not sliding properly. It needs the screws redixed to the rails.

We have a door at our rental property leading into the backyard and it does not fully close causing it to not lock. The door is wooden and so it might be the wood has bent over time however not exactly sure. Right now it is locked as I’ve created a quick solution using cardboard to reduce space between frame and locking mechanism. If you can figure out the core reason and solve that then even better. Also I’ll require you to pickup and drop off keys from real estate agent who is 5 minutes drive from property in Glenroy. See photos attached

My laundry door (sliding, internal cavity) has come off both rollers on the top. I have both rollers and aren’t broken, just need someone to get back on rollers and working. I am trying to get them back on but not familiar with how to do this or adjust properly. Also don’t want to remove the timber facia if I don’t have to.
