I want to hang a very heavy picture and I need someone who knows how to find studs in walls using a stud finder to drill a hole through gyprock into the stud then screw in the bolt or screw. With the right tools and skills it should take only 10 or 15 minutes. It’s important to get it right first time, I don’t want a series of holes in the wall. You supply drill and stud finder.

I'll paint it once rendered, so I just need a good finished coat that I can prime and paint. There's also a few other spots pictured (next to the yellow parts) that need filled in with render.
