Tasks to be completed - Open 4 x standard-size windows that have been painted shut (also include drilling holes to ensure sliding window locks can be used when the window is open Repair & patch up 6 damaged weatherboard pieces (small holes) Will require replacement if necessary (painted white if time permits) weatherboards to be sourced from local bunnings on the day Supply and install a square colourbond down pipe and connect to the gutter and run to the existing drain pipe in the ground approx 2500mm length. to be sourced from local bunnings on the day Replace window winder (part to be supplied)small bathroom window Silicon loose roof sheet to stop dripping on porch (single story) Replace and repair pantry cupboard hinge (has detached from door) Remove random star picket from garden bed Remove random broken wood stump from garden bed Additional items of small scale to be added. Up to date images will also be added. Task to be completed before 13th April. Must be qualified and insured with own tools and ladders.

Hi, I have at least one damaged weatherboard that needs to be replaced and another one that looks damaged but inam not too sure. Weatherboard should also be supplied

We are looking for someone to securely install a Holman Retractable Garden Hose Reel (30m) on an exterior wall. The job involves: • Drilling into wall and securely mounting the hose reel bracket • Ensuring proper alignment and stability • Connecting the hose to the existing outdoor tap Requirements: • Experience with wall-mounting hoses • Own tools (hammer drill, drill bits, wall anchors, etc.). Maybe screws if the ones provided are not sufficient • May need to provide additional backing board for hose bracket as it’s going on weatherboard (that’s been the recommendation) - this can be discussed if needed and will pay for this material

Old house and window is jammed. Needs un jamming and new curtain string to be replaced

there are few weatherboards that need to be replaced and gaps filled (if any) .Please see the pics . The materials can be either provided or reimbursed at cost .

About 9 - 10 weatherboards need to be replaced. They have wood rot. They are short pieces. Also would be nice if you can seal and paint them to match house.

New weatherboards required to fill the holes left from the removal of an old AC and the replacement of the meter box. Both have been temporary patched. If you can paint that would be excellent, I have a tin of the paint colour but it's quite a few years old so might need a new can. Edit: I've decided to separate out the external weatherboard repair from the internal plaster repair. Ignore the part below. Bonus if you can also patch the plasterboard on the inside of the AC hole but that can be a separate job if you don't do that type of work.

Urgent replacement and painting of 4 small weatherboards on side of house. They have rotted through.

Hi I need a handyman to replace some weatherboards by midday this Friday please. I have tried myself to putty up the rotten areas but it looks terrible, so I just need them replaced and then a small paint job done to blend in with the boards around them (so the new boards aren't obvious). There is 5 - 7 boards of varying lengths in total. Thanks
