Find professional window frame repairs in VIC

Need 7 large wooden window frames reoiled or painted (oiled preferred if you can achieve original look). Frames are approx 3-4 years old and were only oiled when installed. Windows on west side have worn considerably in parts.

Make back of house weather proof by replacing missing/rotten/termite ridden weatherboards and window frame as an interim fix (will be removed for an extension down the track) open to suggestions on best solution, note there is still current termite activity

the bottom corner of this window frame has rotted, please fix +/- painting, we would be happy to do the painting ourselves

Put a new glass in the frame that can slide open. Preferably a handyman who can do this as there are few other minor repairs that needs to be done in the house as well which can be discussed on site

I have two window frames that need preparing and paining in a white semigloss. They’re prefabricated wood and the contractors painted the outsides but not the insides. There are few little gaps that need filling to make them presentable, but basically in original prefabricate state with nothing but a very light undercoat on them.

One window has some rotten wood. It's not the whole frame just certain parts and needs to removed and replaced.

Window frames where the frame meets the window needs caulking due to draught coming in. Windows that require are caulking are: 1 sliding door /window down each side (left and right) plus top of frame where sill meets wall. Bedroom window - down each side left and right and top of window where frame meets wall Second bedroom window - again, down each side of frame left and right and both top and bottom of windowsill where frame joins the wall. I already have two tubes of Selleys no more gaps however i am unsure if this will be the right product for the job - i am not familiar with which products are for which surfaces
