Attached picture is the old door. Old door needs removing and new door fitted. New door is on site and has been custom cut to size. However it may need some trimming to fit. Door frame is ok and shouldn't need altering. A new round door handle is also on site that will need to be fitted to the door. New hinges are also on site. Above the door, I'm looking for a solution to stop water running down wall onto door. Looking for someone that has experience in fitting new doors.

I need a bi-fold door reinstalled. They were originally in this door way, so are correct size. Just two things 1. The door way is not level, so will need a shim. 2. We want it to fold the other way to what it did previously.

3 door countertop chiller is working but not getting cold.

Garage door not working. I have the clicker with me. I have tried changing the batteries but it hasn’t worked yet.

Current bathroom door was not hung properly, been there for about 3 yes now but is starting to cause more problems and at times stops closing due to becoming too loose. It has two hinges, the screws in the bottom one slowly loosen frequently and when I tighten it again it seems like the holes are too big for the screws and they can’t grip so then they start loosening again. It also seems it was not lined up properly either as when it is tightened fully it can end up out of line and the door doesn’t close easily. The bottom hinge likely needs to be moved and the door angle may need some ? adjustment or the door may need ?shaving off also ??

The garage door cannot operate properly, the wheel will go away from the track and may fall off some time. Attached the photos for your reference. I reckon this was due to the buckling from the wheel tracking steel, however I’m not pretty sure. The door can still operate from time to time, we just need to put back in the wheel if it’s fall off. Let me know if you have any further queries.

I’m having some carpet installed in my three bedrooms and installer has told me that we need to shave the bottom half of the three doors so they will close. The carpet is being sold tomorrow and I’m wondering if someone is available to come tomorrow afternoon, trim the doors and reinstall them. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 5 February 2024
