Garage door remote went into the wash and needs to be replaced

Timber bedroom door is binding on the steel door frame and needs to be sanded back a few mm with an electric sander. I've had a crack at scraping it, but would be quicker with a sander. I'll repaint and clean up once finished. Need done before Monday morning, so Sunday it is!

We are keen to have this old extractor fan removed and clear piece of glass installed. Note we are in a 3rd floor apartment and outside access is not possible

Fix existing sliding door, which seems to be jammed. Door is very heavy. There will be one strong male to assist if you need to take door off the tracks.

Hi - I need help to fix/reinstall the rubber seal on some sliding glass balcony external doors. The seals have partly slid out of the door frame from normal use, but I can't slide them back into place. The door units are ~3 years old and are double glazed.
