I have an external door to the courtyard that needs replacing. I have the new glass door to fit, it needs trimming by 20mm on all sides to fit.

Install smart doorbell lock to front door, requires removing existing lock and catch, carving cavity into door etc. I can do the setup of the devices myself; just need someone to install them to the wall / door

Four hours work. Adjust sliding door, install weather shield on another door, screw in hand holds for access to pool pump. Another small job or two if time permits.

Hello, I live in a pretty run down sharehouse so not wanting anything expensive or fancy - just a lock installed on my bedroom door so I can secure it when I leave the house.

Replacement of 5 metres of B&D weather strip

Sliding door has come off its hinges - unable to open and shut.

Looking for help repairing two doors in a bathroom. One is a laundry accordion door – it has come out of its tracks, and is missing a small piece which attaches to the screw (photos attached of the broken door, and of the functioning door for comparison). The other is the hinge on the shower door – the screws in one of these have sheared off (pictured). Hinge likely needs to be replaced, as it's not rotating, but don't have the tools to remove this or the bottom hinge due to the style of the screws (as can be seen in the photo). Also looking to fix a paint chip in the wall (photo attached). Would need assistance matching the paint if possible, though repair with putty more important.
