The door track seems to be the main issue—something is preventing it from sliding smoothly, and I can’t fully close the door, which is quite urgent for security and weather reasons. My apartment is about 5 years old. I went to replace the internal doors standard silver with brass handles. Apparently, new handles = new doors. Is this real? How can I measure it to see if it will work on my existing door? Seeking advice

Two jobs 1. We need some cement / outdoor grout fixed that has eroded in a small section between our outdoor papers and wooden doors / weatherboards. It's a small area but leads to right under the house so need a good solution that won't look odd next to existing grout between the other existing section.
