Fixing three old doorknobs may involve bringing equipment- screws etc. one of the doorknobs is brand new (but old style) but I clearly don’t know how to attach a doorknob so that just needs redoing. It may be that the other doorknobs need replacing but would love advice regarding this before I go ahead. The cupboard handle just needs new screws I think. - Due date: Flexible

I need to replace 4x internal hollow doors with 4x internal heavy solid doors with existing hardware. Metal door jambs. Existing latches/cutouts should line up but may need small adjustment. Some doors will also need planing but should be close already. Two*720x2040x35 (bathroom/ensuite) and two*820x2040x35 (bedrooms). There is a gap under 3x door frames as we haven't installed a saddle / ramp yet. 1x door will use existing modern hardware from the door, 3x doors will use vintage Victorian handles and spindles but existing hardware. Heavy solid Internal door doesn’t close properly. Think it needs to be rehung - maybe hinge needs to be repositioned. Probably needs two people. External Window sill has some rot and needs filling and repair work. awkward spot - only about 60 cm deep work area although can removed/replace panel of colourbond fence. Window needs apron replaced as well. Not urgent. Sometime in next few weeks.
