Interior glass sliding door is stuck and not rolling properly. It rolls on a ceiling track and seems to be jammed somewhere. Located in an apartment in Melbourne CBD near Central. Preference given to someone who can repair in one day as I don't want to schedule multiple trips with my tenants.

I need to flip a door so that it opens the opposite way. I need to do it with a reasonable amount of discretion. I need to sand and paint the door on the inside first to match the paint colour of the outside so that when we swap it it looks the same. then I need it hung the other way including plugging the hole that used to be the latch hole, and installing the lock on the other side so that it essentially looks like it wasnever touched. I would prefer if this is done in the evening, so as to draw less attention. It’s a heritage building, and I know swapping the door to open the other way shouldn’t be an issue but I don’t have time to wait for permits to be approved and permission given.

I have a floor to ceiling. Approximately 100 kilo glass lighting door. The wheel underneath is no longer sliding in One direction and needs to be replaced.
