Hi, I need help fixing my sliding door back to the ceiling track. Date: 15 April Tuesday at 830am, 130pm or 530pm. Place: Melbourne CBD La Trobe st. Problem: one of the pocket to my sliding door is detached from the ceiling hook. As such the panel is half standing right now. The previous screw has fell into the pocket and I can't reach it. I also tried getting a screw nut (in the picture) and lifting the panel into the pocket but it may be the wrong size. You may need to bring different size screw nuts. I also don't have a ladder. Room is 2.5m. Thank you

I need: 1. A door handle changed over to a new one. The new handle will be supplied (pictured) and just requires two holes to be drilled in the correct place. 2. Two small door stops installed on the skirting board for internal doors (these will be supplied and just require a single hole to be drilled in the correct place). 3. Two clothes racks (will be supplied, see picture) to be mounted on a bathroom plaster wall (not tiles). I want to make sure this is done securely, i.e. to the studs, or whatever is the best way to do this. I also have a number of other jobs/carpentry items that I would like some advice/to be quoted on separately, like installing some shelving in a cupboard, putting a trim on some external windows and mounting some other items on the walls. The job is in CBD Melbourne. Happy to adjust the price if additional tools or time are required, as I want to make sure everything is done well.

We have a sliding door that gets jammed while closing. We suspect the sliding door operates on single rollers and we saw that one of the fixture nails on the underside of the sliding door has became slight crooked which resulted in jamming. We would require new set of fixtures to replace the old one in order to stop the sliding door from jamming. Would need someone to expertly diagnose whether this is the case and to fix the jamming issue permanently.

Our washer (miracle XQG70 F712E) is leaking, I think because it’s missing a part of the door seal.

I need to flip a door so that it opens the opposite way. I need to do it with a reasonable amount of discretion. I need to sand and paint the door on the inside first to match the paint colour of the outside so that when we swap it it looks the same. then I need it hung the other way including plugging the hole that used to be the latch hole, and installing the lock on the other side so that it essentially looks like it wasnever touched. I would prefer if this is done in the evening, so as to draw less attention. It’s a heritage building, and I know swapping the door to open the other way shouldn’t be an issue but I don’t have time to wait for permits to be approved and permission given.

I have a floor to ceiling. Approximately 100 kilo glass lighting door. The wheel underneath is no longer sliding in One direction and needs to be replaced. I'm unsure of the model and cannot see a model number of the roller. It would require someone to come on site, take the wheel off and install a replacement.

I recently replaced the door closer on my fire door and need assistance filling the hole and painting it to match the existing colour.
