In fact, I can hear the Windows vibrating when the wind blows from the other side of the window, and it affects my sleep. I tried to find the reason myself and began to suspect that the outside of the window frame was not sealed, so I bought some glue and sealed it myself. But it's not solved. Then I suspected that the internal seal was loose, but after testing, I found that the noise was just as loud when the window was open. So I'm not sure why. It needs repairs.
