They are not pre hung so will need the hinges routed, and door to be hung to suit existing jambs. On our patio area we have a clear PVC blind with zippers to open up the patio area. One of the zippers is regularly opened for access into go into the garden. This zipper has been well used mainly with strong wind gusts contributing to the zipper failing. I have silicone sprayed it and tried to straighten some of the zipper teeth, but the blind zipper continues to break open afer a good gust of wind
