We will remove the door and you can lay the brick. ( you supply brick ) we will paint over the brick after that. !!! don’t remove lintel. !!!

There is some water damage to my cabinet doors in the kitchen and bathroom, causing the wood to expand and the paint to chip at the top where the water drips down. Ideally, I don’t want to replace them, just fix them :)

After removing the old gas heater, there is hole on timber floor. Two pieces of timber floor size 15 cm X 41.5 cm (each) needed to replace the section with a hole, then polished to colour as close as possible to the rest. See attached picture 1. Rear door handle loosen/broken, need to be replaced. See picture 2. Bought a new one (see picture 3), which is available and can be used.

Entry door will not close properly. The locking mechanism hits the door frame to prevent it closing. Door appears to have ‘dropped’.

I have 2 large mirrored doors that keep falling off the sliders. I can’t lift them to put them back in and the sliders need replacing (I have the new ones) in order for it to stop falling off the runners

Need someone to fix door handles on doors of our house - they have become loose and don’t know how to fix them

I need an old door handle removed, which will require a power drill as one of the nail’s heads has eroded and it cannot be done with a screw driver. I then need a new door handle (which I have already purchased) to be installed.

Hi our front door handle is loose. It’s been replaced before but same issue has arisen again. We don’t have a new handle. If it needs to be replaced we will reimburse any part cost.

I require a carpenter to install a new frame and similar door. Probably a new sill/threshold. Door size is a standard - 2040 mm x 820mm Ideally It requires the following: New deadlatch New door handle Door guard (door chain alternative) Cut out and metal post slot Address number Peephole All of the above finished in silver/stainless steel satin finish if possible. I also need the old door/frame etc removed from site. I don't mind if it's timber or MDF. I need to get it painted a similar colour so it would be raw finish. Job location is in North Melbourne. Photos show existing door and locks. I am currently overseas so you would need to liase with me and my tenants.

Rail in cupboard fell down. Need it to be put in place. I have the items (might need a couple of screws). Also the frame around one of the mirrors have gotten loose if that can be fixed.

The sliding door to my bathroom is stiff on its tracks/rail (above). I think it needs to be installed again.

Replacing rollers on sliding door

My sliding door is broken and I can't slide it. It looks like missing the wheels on the top and doesn’t have any support of bottom. I need someone to repair it.
