The garage door has some sensor problem, we tried to fix it but I guess we did something wrong and now it is not responding

The door frame expanded due to water. I had to chisel it for the door to close. I need it fixed. I need it chiseled properly, sanded, putty and painted. Only qualified tradie please

One sliding wooden door has come off the rollers and fallen out - needs bigger screws. One wooden door wont shut - needs trimming. One wooden door wont shut as trim has split due to movement of solid brick internal wall. This is a period home with brick internal walls.

Two seperate items needed. First is to effectively, cut a door in half, whilst keeping both the visual moulding of the door and the architrave intact. Place a piece of plasterboard over the gap left behind. No need to attempt to match the stipple as our plasterer will solve that in a few weeks. Parents are emotionally attached to the fancy hinges on this door because it swung both ways 25 years ago before they built the extension. Bonus points if you can keep the hinges. Second is, rehang front fly wire door. I’ve spent far too long refinishing this piece of $hit, not original to the house door to give up now. I have rehung it, but couldn’t get it to latch. Figured out it isn’t original to the house, and it has at no point, in its entire lifetime latched. I’m too scared to use a spade drill bit to move it across so it latches. Bonus points if you fix the mess made in the jambs by the previous owners fitting this door in the first place. I’ll even let you keep the Myer receipts they shoved behind the hinges. Door probably also needs planing after 100 years. Just please make it latch.

Panels of garage door/gate have come off and require new screws to secure, panel by hinges is catching on wall and needs troubleshooting

I have an interior door (2340x820x35) which I am needing installed asap. It’s a replacement door, so have hinges and door handle ready (which will need to be attached and a hole cut for handle). The hinges are already cut out on the door frame, so just need to align with on the actual door. Is anyone able to please help? - Due date: Before Tuesday, 29 August 2023
