Need 3 signs removed from outside of building. The highest point is approx 4.2 metres from the ground so it's quite high up. 2 smaller, 1 larger. My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time.
