Need 4 aluminium windows replacing with screen and sash pull

2 x Bathroom Vanity doors with mirrored fronts. Make, Install and replace existing doors. Size approximately: 600mm x 860mm per door. Please note you’ll need to measure for precise measurements.

I need someone to remove a door and dispose of it (the glass panel in door is broken).

Fridge door was broken on opening and needs repair. The mechanism is broken Make a corner plate out of steel. Fasten it to the door with rivets. Drill a hole in it and cut a thread for the support leg. It is better, of course, to drill before installing the plate on the door and weld a nut for the leg from the inside. After installation, paint everything from a spray can. A metalworking shop is needed to do this kind of work. A small clarification for the repair. You don’t have to weld the nut, but screw the leg into the nut before installing the corner plate on the door. The leg has a thread. You can buy a nut. The corner plate can be bent from a strip of steel. There is not much work. Total for the work: Select a plate with a width equal to the width of the door, length 10-15 cm, thickness 1-2 mm. Bend it at an angle of 90 degrees. Drill a hole for the leg. Screw the leg with a nut. Drill four more holes on each side with a diameter of 4 mm for rivets. Paint the corner black. Wait until it dries. Install the door with the corner on the refrigerator, holding the corner. Without attaching it to the door yet. Align the door and drill four holes in the door through the holes in the plate. Install rivets after drilling each hole. Then remove the door and also firmly plate from the bottom. Touch up the rivets and put the door in place. Done.

Replace cords and service 2x sash windows to allow smooth operation

My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. Window frame is 39 inches across. Both exact same measurements I believe. Would love someone to come ASAP to inspect, replace frame.

Needing 4 x failing door handles replaced today.

My bathroom door handle has become loose. There are no visible screws and the door can no longer be opened from the inside. I’m seeking someone to come and secure the door handle and make it functional.

2 cupboard doors need to be re hung as they have come off from extreme wind. No new hinges needed, just labour.

I have a built in wardrobe with extremely heavy sliding doors. They have come off their tracks and trapped my clothes inside. I don’t know if the tracks need replacing (building was only constructed in 2018). May be a two person jobs as the doors are tall and SERIOUSLY heavy so difficult to manoeuvre. Will probably need actual carpentry experience.

The doors jams on the frame and is difficult to open and close

Four cupboard doors are needed to be fixed. One of the doors has come off because of broken hinges, so two pairs of new hinges required for repair, please see photos. The other three doors have good hinges but need to be adjusted as they don't allow the doors to close tightly.
