Fix door handle for me pls attached pic

One vertical section of a door jamb has been removed and needs to be replaced. I've already cut out the new jamb and have the trim to go with it. The jamb needs to be nailed into brick and because the door has to fit I don't really have the confidence (or the tools) to do this part myself I just need the jamb and the door hinge attached to the jamb. I can do the caulking and finishing so it should be a fairly quick job. - Due date: Flexible

I have a sash window (double hung) that needs repairing. I believe it’s a ‘balance style’ window (no rope). I also have a fly screen that needs to be reattached. The pivots that hold the screen in place have broken off. It is approximately 2 metres high up (ladder required).

I pulled some tape from the small one on the side of the window and it damaged the paintwork.
