The three downlights are on the same switch and currently flicker and appear dimmed; thus, they’re no longer functioning properly. You’ll need to supply and install replacements —please choose powerful downlights with white plastic finishes/covers (these will be paid extra). The first pictures shows the existing downlight model, in case it might help. The four IKEA Musik wall lamps will be installed above two bathroom mirrored cabinets (two lamps per cabinet). Each lamp has a cord with a wall plug, which will need to be cut, routed through the cabinets, and reconnected to a wall plug for use with the nearby power socket next to the vanity. The second photo shows one Ikea Musik lamp, on top of the cabinet, with its cable dangling along it to the power socket (that cable needs to be elegantly routed through the cabinet). So overall, the job involves replacing the down lights, as well as installing the Ikea Musik wall lamps, which involves drilling a few holes through the (inner) cabinets, cutting and then reconnecting a wall plug. The job is in a unit at the boundary between CBD and Carlton. Finally, you should be a certified sparky and be able to provide a certificate of electrical safety for non-prescribed electrical installation work.

This is a path and set of two stairs and another set of three stairs. Construction was half bricks and earth fill which is somewhat dated and dangerous. We have replaced the timber stairs above the first two stairs and we just need the brick and earth ones replaced as well as the path. Looking for a plumber to come out to my place and do two tasks: 1. Disconnect and remove 3 sprinkler taps that don't work anymore. See photo. 2. Just moved into the property. Looking to use the wall for a projector. I’ve removed old tv mount and the wall needs filling and touching up. 4 plugs to be removed and filled. Colour matching on the pain required. A few other locations they need hooks removing and wall cleaning / touching up. Put in a budget but might be best to come in the morning and take a look and let me know how long it will take and we agree an hourly rate

Hi All, firstly I believe I posted this task a couple of weeks ago and I got some brilliant responses. I am sorry for not getting back to anyone who responded I ended up being out of Sydney for a while and have just gotten to a point where I could sort this out now and cant find any info about the task. Having said all that I have two over the bath taps that need replacing as they are broken. I now have the taps to replace them and just need someone a qualified plumber to install them.

We have to turn the taps really tight in order to stop the dripping. Please supply and fit necessary parts to fix it

The main switch in my house trips occasionally. I have tried to isolate what it could be with no luck - it happens randomly have a feeling it could be the actual breaker. Need someone to investigate
