Hi! I’m upgrading my parents' place and need a plumber’s assistance with the following: 1. Toilet Reconnection: I need help reconnecting and sealing the toilet properly. The old rubber ring was deteriorated and discarded. Please supply a new one. See pics for reference what was previously there. 2. Shower Head and Taps Installation: Please install the new shower head and taps. I have a cover plate from Bunnings. The bench tap needs tightening. 3. New Taps in Bathrooms and Kitchen: I also need new taps installed in the main bathroom and kitchen. 4. Noise Reduction: My sister mentioned the toilets are very loud when flushed.
