Need to fix a cupboard drawer in the kitchen

loft hatch is original & glass. It is approx 8ft above quite a wide landing so shouldn't be too hard to access. I need a box of Xmas decorations brought down & also the hatch insulated (am flexible re what with) but think best idea is to stal a drop down ladder (of any type) for future access - so ideally would get all of those done once by someone with their own ladder, who is handy.

There is a crack in the render running alongside a box gutter on part of the roof, which is causing damp inside. The gutter is accessible through a window and doesn’t need a ladder or scaffolding to reach it. The render needs cleaning, possibly painting and i have a damp proofing paint that needs applying

Hi I’m looking for some help fixing a treadmill. It’s a refurbished Nordic Track C700 and has been working fine for about a year, but now when you turn it on all the electrics light up but the band doesn't move. Usually it warms up after about 20 minutes and will suddenly start moving and working normally. But sometimes it takes up to 30-40 minutes to get started and sometimes doesn't move at all. Can you help? We’re in Brighton. Thanks Jo

The turning mechanism seems to be loose. Seat is moving slightly when sitting on it. Price to be discussed depending on what needs to be done.

cracked screen needing repair

bed slats keep coming out their fixtures.can we get it fixed so they stop coming out. also one of the slats is bit broken which will need some wood glue or something to fix or replace with another wooden slat
