Hi, I’m looking to get quotation to paint front door for my flat in same white colour. I’m looking for local reliable Carpenter or painter who can help with following below please for our front door. Sanding from bottom, as it’s not currently opening properly and requires bit of force to open up the door, like to make it more smooth when opening. Also needs fresh repainting on the existing door in order to freshen up and make it look more new and presentable. • replace existing bolts with stronger bolt on top and bottom. • keyhole covers on both sides - require cap to cover the key whole from outside and inside of the door. Currently as seen in pictures below, it’s just got drilled to use key and does not look tidy at all. • outside door handle to be deep cleaned, so it looks new again. We would also require the builder to bring with them all purpose filler please and a small ladder, as there are some wholes on wall and patches near window that needs to be filled, due to previous drill on the wall, it needs to be covered again, so it looks presentable.
