I have had one handyman over, and he has done half the job but did not finish it. As you can see on the photo, he removed the tap head on one side, but on the other side it was stuck, so he said it needs to be cut off with a small saw, which he didn't have.

The toilet won’t flush. I think (although I cannot be certain ) that it is the cyphon c link chain although it might also need a new handle. This is the main thing. If at the same time someone can fix the light switch, which is not working, (I have no idea why) then that would be ideal. But if not, I would settle just for a quote on fixing the toilet. The amount I’ve mentioned would, I imagine, be for both. - Due date: Flexible
