Hello, We have a 'behind the wall' toilet tank and it's leaking water. We've had one of the seals replaced but it's still leaking water. The brand of the tank system is Geberit. I can provide a video to give you more details. I've added some pictures as well, see the descriptions bellow: 1. that is the access to the cistern 2. brand and model (Geberit) from inside the cistern 3. the bottom part of the cistern, it seemed to be in good shape and it's possible to take out 4. The transparent seal is newly replaced but the leak is still happening (the old seal had blisters) 5. the water leaking from the side Is it possible to have someone come and have a look to receive a quote? Thank you
Emanuele has been great at helping us narrow down the issue and gave us a few options on how to continue forwards. Quite happy as other plumbers were pushing us to go towards the most drastic solution when it seems there are simpler and cheaper alternatives.

The council are useless and making me jump through hoops so I've bought my own lever back taps for the basin in bathroom and a unilever mixed tap sink for the kitchen.
