We’re planning to use scaffolding on a rooftop in Albert Park and require approximately 30 linear metres of scaffolding to achieve a working height of around 4.5 metres. Site Access: • Lift to the 10th floor • One flight of stairs • Through a plant room The rooftop itself provides ample space for setting up the scaffolding. Purpose of Work: We need to access a cable tray to remove lids, run cables, and then reinstall the lids. We’re aiming to start this work on Wednesday, 11/12, and can proceed with either a built scaffold or a mobile scaffold—whichever is most suitable. Could you please let us know your availability and provide a price estimate for this job?

During recent gutter clearance, I was informed that the likely reason for the failure of the existing post was due to the gutter pooling water directly above the post, so a slight rectification to the gutter pitch to direct water to the downpipe is also required (see pictures). Prefer a flush fitting to wooden deck without the metal bracket if possible. I am installing a new kitchen soon, and need a labourer for a day, to remove the old kitchen and knock down a couple of non-load bearing walls. The person would need to provide their own tools. I will arrange the skip bin for rubbish removal.

I have a 14yo pergola. I believe that the back beam is sagging because the span is too wide. I need a post to fix the sag. The base is concrete. The back beam is over the gutter - how is this best tackled. I have drawn an indicative post (Black) in the photo. There are other repairs if interested. Including weatherboard replacement.
