Find an experienced builder in Melbourne

I am looking to build a small wall in my apartment to be able to add a laundry. In the floor plan, the walls marked in red are going to be removed. I want to add a basic wall in the spot marked in blue. This will allow me to turn that nook into a laundry.

Looking for someone to provide advice on the cost and help assemble a 2.5-meter drive gate. I'm not sure about the starting cost or what the labor would be, so I'd appreciate guidance. When replying, can you please provide an approximate cost for the gate itself and your labor on top of that, so I know the total cost? I am after an automatic gate whether swinging or sliding depending on the quote.

Replacement of existing pergola post with new post and paint (grey/white accents). During recent gutter clearance, I was informed that the likely reason for the failure of the existing post was due to the gutter pooling water directly above the post, so a slight rectification to the gutter pitch to direct water to the downpipe is also required (see pictures). Prefer a flush fitting to wooden deck without the metal bracket if possible. Shed is wooden on concrete slab, and materials include some glass and tiling and old sinks / toilet. - cap water pipe plumbed into shed - remove all concrete slab and surrounding bricks - remove grass patch adjacent - approx 3 x 3 m - will require skip hire for volume of waste We don’t believe there is any asbestos sheeting - but can be confirmed/discussed prior.
