Back pergola, needs painting, some areas especially on top, bare wood. Will need a decent size ladder or scaffold.

Need a small section of driveway fixed. Involves the removal of old concrete (most already cracked) and replaced with roadbase and gravel to the level of the "good sections. Approx 15 sqm area in total.

I am needing someone with a wet saw or suitable angle grinder to repair a section of driveway where pavers are missing or have moved. One side requires a concrete border to hold them in place as it slopes down which is why the pavers have moved already .

Hi, this is the email I received from strata which I need to address - Saw that pergola colourbond has been fixed to gutter of unit 3. Making that one gutter only source to take on to extra water from pergola now. Jan also noticed that the down pipe (photo attached) the 2 angles will not help with gravity. Would cause build up of water from gutter corner central point. She has not noticed that downpipe before. That run off needs to be going into storm water drain or that will flood unit 2. Unit 3 owner will need to address these issues with installer promptly. Making sure it's fixed to Australian building standards. As the liability is on the owner.” Thus, this leaking is likely due to the newly installed colourbond sheet so would need to be investigated and fixed by the person whom installed it as there may be a lack of guttering for water to flow down. So, pretty much the sheets of the pergola would need to be lifted up from the gutter side, so that the water flows in the opposite directions, I was reading on Google about installing shims, but that would be your call on how to proceed with that. Would really appreciate a quote on how much will it cost, and what would be the best way to proceed with that.
