We are undertaking the fitout of a store in Hyde Park and would like to add walls to seal off the kitchen area. There is an exisiting half wall in place, the sketch shows what we are after as we’d like full walls to the ceiling with two arch ways on the sides for access to the bathroom and kitchen. Council approval is required for the structure hence a drawing sketch would be required to be submitted before works. Tradesman to assist with that. Site inspection welcome.

We had some electrical work done which required a trench… I need someone to replace the pavers in a small section of about 3-4 metres and a fill a small section of concrete.

Hi, this is the email I received from strata which I need to address - Saw that pergola colourbond has been fixed to gutter of unit 3. Making that one gutter only source to take on to extra water from pergola now. Jan also noticed that the down pipe (photo attached) the 2 angles will not help with gravity. Would cause build up of water from gutter corner central point. She has not noticed that downpipe before. That run off needs to be going into storm water drain or that will flood unit 2. Unit 3 owner will need to address these issues with installer promptly. Making sure it's fixed to Australian building standards. As the liability is on the owner.” Thus, this leaking is likely due to the newly installed colourbond sheet so would need to be investigated and fixed by the person whom installed it as there may be a lack of guttering for water to flow down. So, pretty much the sheets of the pergola would need to be lifted up from the gutter side, so that the water flows in the opposite directions, I was reading on Google about installing shims, but that would be your call on how to proceed with that. Would really appreciate a quote on how much will it cost, and what would be the best way to proceed with that.

Pergola’s roof sheets need to be replaced May be some supporting wood also need replacement. - good if some one have a look first - no idea about budget, so just posting an amount

Sheet of pergola has split. Maybe need to replace the sheet or happy for it to be held together to stop banging. We can go and buy replacement sheet if required. Please advise if this is included in your offer
