Seeking a labourer/handyman to assist with demolition in preparation for renovation. Two full days, Nov 20th & 21st. - Removing tiles, skirting, carpets, old cabinetry etc. - Clean up into skip.

I need my drive way and steps pressure washed after recent concrete works have left tiles with residue and dirty. Driveway is 12m wide. Power and water available.

Hi there, The tiles beneath the track of my driveway gate have been broken by the council and the track has been dislodged. I am getting the gate removed and temporarily taken off on Monday 25th March. I need someone to come and remove the broken tiles at the front of the driveway and replace it with a darkish concrete to match the tiles so a new track can be laid on top for the gate. I would also like the approx 6 tiles in my driveway replaced with new ones I have in my garage as spares. Area is 3.4m wide and 32cm deep. Beneath the broken tiles is just concrete as you can see in the picture. Would love this done sometime from the 26th March onwards.

I need a builder to come check my roof to see if it is stable enough, has a beam or stud so I can install a pole. I need someone thorough, need to not get this wrong.

I need a qualified builder to knock a hole in wall (or remove entire wall), between kitchen and living room (to create open plan) in my first floor flat in South Yarra. First I need builder to quote and assess the building plans to see if wall if load-bearing, then quote on installation of lintel if needed. I need block retaining walls laid to create garden steps. Only need to 300-500 high. Also need blocks laid to form an island in driveway area. I will render the blocks at later stage

I have a car that has low clearance off the ground (15cms). I need to drive my car onto the car stacker platform (attached). Currently the wheel ramps attached to the platform are too steep, which damages the front upper lip of my car whilst driving onto the stacker. The height of each wheel ramp is 20cms off ground-level. I need a longer, lower gradient ramp that (perhaps a plank of wood?) that I can place atop the wheel ramps (and then remove) once the car is safely on the platform. The ramp should be at least 80cms long (currently the wheel ramps are 65 cms long and 60 cms wide) to create a softer incline for my car. Something lightweight (so that I can place/remove whenever I park the car) but load-bearing for my car. The car stacker platform is 2m wide and 3m long. Job cost must include all materials and any tools/equipment. There's no rush on this job - I'd rather it be done properly than quickly. I need a long term solution that is professional and practical.
