We’re looking for a registered builder to take down two internal brick walls and attach structural timber beams, according to an engineer’s report. As the work requires a building permit, we would also require a contract plus copy of the builder’s registration and insurance certificates. The apartment is on the third floor. It’s hopefully a pretty straightforward job!

Hi there ! Need help in constructing second hand steel picket fence swinging gates .. they will eventually be remote controlled . Need someone to secure gate poles and attach driveway and side gate accordingly. Pics of space and second hand fence to be uploaded shortly :) - the current side fence is poorly constructed and wanting to use different gate - bits of different materials left over from previous tentant if they can be used?
