We need the removal of 2 x Figs trees and stumps from our garden

I have 2 hose taps that need replacing. 1 is so bad (seals broken I think) as water won’t stop running. I would like replaced with quarter turn taps if possible (that I don’t have) need done asap

Leaking basin taps (main bathroom and small bathroom-rotten and mouldy part inside) and changing rubber inside the shower neck due to leaking. If possible, leaking tap at the garden to be fixed

Fix a dripping tap in the bathroom and so just needs a washer or two.

The Central AC in our house trips off when switched on

Our central AC is DAIKIN when we switch it on after a minute the fuse trips.

Install two units in upstairs bedrooms. Lifter or similar will therefore be needed. Wall brackets will also be required. Allow3M of pipe work. Haier 2.5kw. Full details in picture. Main bedroom at front of house (see photo) and second bedroom at back.

I dislike the type of trees out the front of my house and wish to plant something else. I want the trees removed with stumps, enough so I can do replanting of a different variety of small tree. The smaller garden bed has some roses and other small plants I want out too. So completely clear both garden beds ready for planting. Must take away all waste and not damage pavers.
