Subject to your ability to match the boards, you could either replace just the length of the damaged area or the entire affected room. Impacted areas confined to the small kitchen (less than 2m square), a portion of the hallway and a portion of the living room. Damage caused by water / rough vacuuming. Given you’d need to attend and confirm the quote, the price I’ve indicated is $50/hr for three hours, plus materials (subject to what you’re able to source / your advice for matching). Can reach out to owners to confirm supplier but would like to avoid doing so if at all possible.

I require 2 rooms to be carpeted in a total of 52sqm. I have the carpet (Allied Floor Coverings Belle Ascot: sdx nylon, 4m width, 14.6 linear metres) and 11mm underlay, as well as smooth edge. One room is a living room (5.6 x 7.3m) and an adjacent bedroom (4.2 x 2.8). The carpet will require 3 joins - one in the living room, one on the doorway for the bedroom and another in the bedroom.
