My doorknob to my room is loose and my door can’t shut properly now. I would need someone to fix or somehow tighten the knob so that I can close and lock my door again.

One of my sliding mirror wardrobe doors is broken. The heavy mirror has dropped about 5mm, and is no longer within the frame - it cannot slide on the tracks without causing damage. The mirror is currently attached to the frame with double sided adhesive, silicon and duct tape. Needs to be re-attached. The wardrobe clips that guide the door along the top track have snapped because they were installed with countersunk screws. The wheels on the bottom won’t turn.

We need a ceiling fan installed with the controller. The ceiling is Gyprock but the walls are cement. On the cement wall there is already switches so should be easy to run cables.

The back wooden fence of our terrace is rotting and needs to be replaced. The roller door and the metal poles it is supported on can stay. So the fence just needs to be rebuilt around it. The whole back fence is 245x500. The roller door opening is 205x300.

Main job is the fan in bathroom that has stopped working and needs to be repaired. Understand if you need to inspect this before quoting for repair, so let me know how that would work. Also need a few very basic maintenance tasks done around the house that just require someone with right tools and knowledge (see photos) including: - Fix toilet roll holder - Affix vacuum holder into wall (screwdriver or drill) - Replace toilet seat (replacement toilet seat can be added as additional expense)

we've got gym floor mats here. need cut mats/fit-out decor to fits the corner of edge of wall foot. also tidy at the end. upstairs around 60 sqms , downstairs around 20 sqms. all mats are available n ready to cut in there.
