Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone who can help fix a piece of my kitchen extractor fan. It’s the part that supports or leans the extractor, but I’m not sure of its name. It seems to have broken off, as shown in the attached photos. If you’re experienced with repairs like this or know someone who can assist, please let me know.

My bamboo privacy screen has come a little unhinged with the strong winds. One side is now loose. I’m wanting someone to re-secure it. I’m not sure if just putting in new screws will hold as the last one are still attached to the wood or if something else needs doing. I’m open to suggestions but would like it fixed asap before the whole panel falls down and breaks. I have a ladder and electric drill with access to the outside of my property
