Find an experienced handyman in Balmain

I need to get this fireplace removed. It's all gyprock framed. The fireplace is bio ethanol and there is no gas connection. All power points will be disconnected prior so the job is just removal of the fireplace and removal of rubbish. With the right tools and expertise shouldn't take longer than 1.5-2 hours.

Need a small fly screen installed in single living room window. Roughly 1200mm x 600mm

Will need two people to remove existing signage from shop front awning (circled in picture). It is very close to the curb/road and there is no access from the roof. You will have to access with ladder. From pavement to the awning is about 3m high. Must have insurance

Have a heavy mirror that need hanging on a solid brick wall, will take 2 people due to weight, doesn’t have fixings so will need some solution on this / 2.3 x 1.3 m

Install 2 blinds for skyline

Install 1 x window blinds. Screws need to go into pretty solid material - might be rendered brick. (Installation only. Blinds, brackets and screws provided.)

Fence on property needs sanding back and new application of timber protection. (Both street facing and internal facing)

Have 2 wall sconces and just want them replaced with some new ones i purchased. Should be fairly basic

I need help to fit a rack to a wall and also a weight plate holder and barbell holder

2 x internal doors need handles to be installed. Handles purchased from Bunnings. I don't own a drill or circular saw.

My 2004 Subaru forester xt requires a turbo replacement. I have sourced the replacement turbo. Just need someone to remove the old one and hook up the new one. Happy to assist with the installation. Labour is approx 2-3 hours.

I am inspecting a 2 BR ground-floor apartment and I'm looking for someone experienced in internal repairs to assess with me what might need to be fixed and the extend of such work.

Need to have this dent in the wall repaired - caused by car bumping into it. Requires plastering and painting over it.

Our 20+ year old cupboard hinges are on their last legs and we need to replace two hinges per corner cupboard (four in total). We need someone to supply and install the hinges. I'm assuming that it doesn't matter what brand of hinges given we're replacing them (though have heard that the pattern may need to be matched). Happy to discuss. I've attached pics; some of the door with the broken hinge, and the door that's still hanging by a thread.
