Find an experienced handyman in Balmain

I have a 1m2 print that needs hanging on our brick wall. Will need someone to drill a hole in the wall with a masonry drill and fix with a screw suitable to hold the weight of the frame. Ideally would like a green plug used to assist with the tight fit of the screw. Already has wire on the back.

I need 3 paintings hung up.. 2 of them are very heavy so will need the right hooks , the other one I have hooks for .

Set up Christmas tree. Delicate, & patient to set it up. Takes approx. 1-3 hrs apparently. Store said to do both bottom half, then top half separately. Then using a ladder (need you to bring), to put it on-top to complete the tree. Also connect & install the Christmas lights around the tree. Sweep up (you would need to bring a broom/vacuum) any fallen bits and pieces from the tree. Due date: Needs to be done before Wednesday 11th December

Install wooden handrail on a four step staircase. The railing is supplied (800mm) with two mounts. You'll need to drill holes into the railing, and the wall. See two photos: (i) stairs and (ii) the handrail with its mounts.

I need a professional to install gyprock/plasterboard to cover an exposed section of a wall in my home. The area needing repair is shown in the attached photos. It is expected the job will involve: - Measuring and cutting the gyprock/plasterboard to fit the space. For reference, the section is roughly 160cm x 60cm (estimated) - Securing the gyprock to the wall frame. - Taping and jointing the seams. - Sanding the joints smooth, ready for painting (no painting required for this job) - The room is located on the upper level of the house, and access is straightforward. I am looking for someone experienced in plastering or wall repairs who can complete the job efficiently and to a high standard. Requirements: - Must have experience in installing gyprock/plasterboard. - Must have your own tools and equipment. - Please provide an estimate of how long the job will take. - Budget: Please provide your quote including labor and materials. Availability: Ideally, I would like this done within the next week, but I’m flexible with timing.
