My bathroom door knob sometimes doesn’t open and requires a towel to grab and turn a certain way to unlock, needing someone to please fix the issue. My wardrobe doors do not slide properly (they screech and require heaving) to Open. Perhaps needs a new track? Please come and do of an evening or daytime on the weekend.
