Fix/reattach ceiling plaster which is currently bowing in one side of the room. Plaster is most likely horse hair plasterboard, trusses are hardwood. Would require support while being reattached.

Looking for someone to install a 300mm x 300mm access panel on a plaster ceiling and patch the surrounding area. The original cut-out is available for reuse. I can provide the access panel or you can include it in your quote. Timeline is flexible—anytime in the next few weeks. Please disregard my 'budget' and provide your quote based on the scope of work. Refer to the attached picture for the size of the hole. The blue square indicates where the access panel will be installed.

Bests TV cabinet - https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/besta-tv-bench-white-10294525/ TV unit mounted to wall is not stable enough to withstand, and the position of the unit does not allow it to be drilled into stud; currently using plasterboard bolts x 3 (into the drywall) and 2 angle brackets underneath the cabinet (into the stud). There are 2 studs in between the two ends of the cabinet. Need proper fixing on installation (e.g. reinstalling with a suspension rail etc), likely need to be removed and re-installing again.
