I have a 1m long metal coat rack that will be fixed by 2 screws to plasterboard. I'm in a rental property and need this installed in a way that can be easily removed, patched and painted - either through the studs behind the plasterboard (you will ned a stud finder) or using an alternative fixing. I want to hang handbags, umbrella's and hats. The coat rail was previously fixed to a solid cement wall.

Hi Carpenters, Handymen I have a 2-bedroom flat with a wall between the bedrooms; one is the nursery where my newborn baby sleeps. This wall has a large metal-framed window and a glass door. I don’t have budget to shut the window and the door frame and extend the wall, so I’d like to put lining panels (ideally with some level of soundproofing) to cover the window and door on both sides of the wall. It’ll require removing / reattaching skirting board for proper finishing. I’ll provide lining panels (probably VJ100 or similar, looking at options). Looking for experience doing these types of jobs, a reasonable price and attention to detail. Not urgent, flexible with dates.

The door closer in our office has become disconnected from the door frame. It is an office in Westfield Bondi Junction. We need someone to come and fasten the door closer to the frame noting that the screws will need to be secured to the frame so that they don’t come out again and not just screwed back in.
