a small window front of my retail space has a ill fitted plank of wood as a frame that needs trimming or removing

I need someone to remove an existing TV cabinet & reinstall a new one. The new one will need holes drilled into the back so you will need the necessary drill attachments to create holes in backboard for power points. Existing cabinet has 2 PowerPoints in it & 2 power boards (stuck to cabinet). See pics

The sink from the bathroom on my top floor of terrace house overflowed causing some water damage to the ceiling below. The plumber has already come and taken a look there’s no issues other than the overflow water damage caused by Airbnb guests. Now I need a handy man to come take out the damaged slats and close up the ceiling and paint and provide a report for me to claim with Airbnb. Unsure how much is realistic feel free to let me know.

I have a 1m long metal coat rack that will be fixed by 2 screws to plasterboard. I'm in a rental property and need this installed in a way that can be easily removed, patched and painted - either through the studs behind the plasterboard (you will ned a stud finder) or using an alternative fixing.
