Need some odd jobs done around the house, they include: - mounting TV to wall (we have the mount and screws already) - drilling hole into cupboard for extension cord access for fridge - aligning lock on gate to latch, as misaligned, so does not lock properly - creating better access for shed lock (likely cutting a bigger hole for hand access) - replacing one timber slat on our deck that is close to breaking and one small section of the timber hand rail which is also weak/damaged (we don’t have the timber, or tools so this would need to be supplied). Ideally we could have a handyman who could do these all. Happy to discuss on price.

Please advise if you can get this job done and help to put a sealant over there.

Steel garden side gate misaligned with Door frame, possibly caused by earth moving or shifting from West side of wood fence. Results difficult to close door. Some corrective action have taken in place few times by re-bolt the door hinges, but won't last for month. Which have caused door hinge area with multiple holes.
