We need a hatch to be able to access under the follow in the rear room, to cut one in on the front portion of the house if there is a dividing wall under the kitchen as we have a drain blockage issue. The old towel rail connecting dowel/rod snapped (see pictures). I have a new towel rail ready to install which will require a screw driver. The old rail can disconnect from the circular fixture using a small Allen key. The main concern is removing the old rail and fixtures without damaging the wall.

Hi, We received a fridge delivery today which needs the front door removed (and reattached) to get into the house. We would like a handyman to please help us with this task and also with moving the fridge to the kitchen once inside the house. Photos now added. Cornices cracking: dining room and kitchen. In bedroom about to break off. A competitive offer has come in. I'm a Senior, currently at home after major surgery. If anyone is willing to help me out, change their offer, to match this price, I would appreciate it. The damage was caused by housing construction across the road, but the builder refuses to take responsibility. So, it's coming out of my pocket. I make good hot coffee, or tea :-)
