The object is lodged with the pointed end facing up and the knob end facing down, and there’s a risk it could fall through the crack. We can help to make sure the area below the window is properly protected (e.g., with a thick blanket, padding, or similar). Required Tools: You’ll need a strong magnet, telescoping grabber, or other long tools to carefully retrieve the object from the window.
