Need to replace thermostat on deep fryer I have the thermostat just need it replaced by technician

We have a wooden sliding door between kitchen and internal garage. We have bought a catflap and need this fitted. Will require hole to be cut and catflap fitted. We also think the door frame will need slots cut to allow the width of the flap - see pictures. It could be a bit complicated - so we reckon the air-tasker might need to visit first to work out do-ability. Door width - 35mm Gap width - 45mm Cat flap width - 50mm

Each security grill is located on ground floor. Job can be completed from outside of apartment. Grills to be removed and left at base of windows/walls on outside of apartment. We are having FLYSCREENS installed on Thursday night. Job must be completed prior to THURSDAY 4pm Each grill has 4 nuts and bits. I just cannot remove bolts from wall, as per picture. Need help! I will reinstall grills after flyscreen installation

I have a shower head to hang and some Gyprock sheets missing from internal walk-in wardrobe need to be replaced. 2 bookshelves to assemble. Outdoor shed to assemble. Some other minor works like gluing laminate that’s peeled off rangehood. Also hang 3 outdoor mirrors on courtyard wall.

Remove existing ikea lack shelf (190cm), which has started to tilt forward. The bracket has come away from the wall on one side (screw has broken) and the shelf is stuck on the bracket on that side. Once removed, install a new IKEA lack shelf in the same place. Photos show bracket where it is still attached to the wall, the side where the screw has broken and also the overall set up. It is the long, middle shelf that needs replacing. Wall is solid masonry. Job to be done on Wednesday 15 January OR Sunday 12 Jan (new shelf is being delivered on Saturday).

Replace an old back door & frame with a new one. Transfer locks and knobs to new door. New door and jambs are provided, but the outer frame which needs replacing will be supplied by you please.

Our door has sagged on one side and needs what needs to be done to realign it. Right now it’s scraps against the ground mid way through opening it and needs to be lifted when closed for the lock to fit the hole.

These drawers and cupboards need to run and close better. It's finicky work, might need some new hinges and such. Experience in kitchen cabinetry required.
