Find an experienced handyman in Double Bay

I’m looking for a professional to help me hang 2 large painting and one smaller one. This will require a laser to make sure its levels properly with the rest of the room, I can provide all measurements.

We looking, for an installer to go to Bunnings and buy a 1.83 roller blind, that can fit inside this wall. We have specific requirements and we will further qualify what needs to be done. All materials and expenses will be covered by us.

Repair or replace shed roof.

Hang 2 mirrors… one is large and heavy… will need 2 men to lift. The 2nd mirror not quite as big or heavy. Also need a key lock box drilled into concrete.

- Door - add screws top, add hook bottom, repaint - Reupholster shoe bench - Take out and redo mouldy sealant - Rip out carpet and install varnished wooden panels in 2 bedrooms and small hallway

Wall unit and shelving needs to be removed from a retail site. This then needs to be disposed of

Just need some curtains taken down but will need ladders as ceiling is quite high

See attached pictures. Need to remove metal grid from door frame (double door). Pretty straight forward and easy to remove, only 3 screws holding it each side. I’ve attached a photo of the screw. Need you to dispose of the grid too.

Install 2 dog doors (that we have purchased) on existing back timber doors - would do it ourselves but ran out of time after moving today and want to make sure our pooch can get in/out. Should take about 30-45mina each max.

I have two floating shelves from IKEA that I would like mounted to a wall, and three photo frames that need even mounting on another wall

We have a small crack and slight flaking of paint on our wall that we need to fix before our new tenant moves into our house. I have the paint already so just need it fixed

Our bathroom door has severe wood rot. I need some help to replace it. I also need help to be told what to buy and then someone to install it

Need someone to replace roller blind chain. Previous one has snapped. I have purchased a replacement chain & have a ladder but need someone with experience to be able to switch it over (unsure how to remove the blind to thread the new chain).

Need to hang a 120x90cm Freedom print. Requires two fixings at set spacing due to nature of the fixing, see images for details. Fixing into solid brick wall.
