Find an experienced handyman in Double Bay

Hi, I need someone to fix a broken door latch (see photo attached). I think the spindle is broken. It keeps falling out the door. I also need wire added to the back of a painting frame and hung. I don’t have the wire but can purchase. See back of artwork. Thanks
