Find an experienced handyman in Drummoyne

Install one ceiling fan with light and remote in an apartment in Drummoyne (have purchased). Needs to be completed by a licensed electrician. There is not currently a ceiling fan in the room.

Hi there, We need help from an electrician to install a ceiling fan in our main bedroom. We live in an apartment with standard concrete ceilings. Our current lighting fitting is not in the centre of the room so we require some chasing (around 300mm) to centre the fan in the room and remove existing light fitting. The fan has a built in LED light which is triggered by a remote control. The current lighting fitting switch is a dimmer so this will need to be replaced with a standard power switch (supplied). We will ensure room is prepared and bed moved out of the way and covered. Thanks!

I need a carpenter/handyman to adjust height of the security door as not closing properly. Keep having to push it up to close it which requires too much effort. Should take less than hour to fix.

I want to hang maybe 20 paintings, 1 small (but 7kg) mirror and one very large mirror (maybe 2 meters by 1 meter)

I have 1 mirror and 1 large picture to hang in an apartment and then 2 very light shelves. I just need help positioning them and hanging them properly. The picture and the mirror are heavier so they will need to be placed in a way I don’t know how to do. I can attach photos of each so you can see what they look like.

Double hung sash window is stuck, another window needs a very simple replacement lock. A cover over the light on a ceiling fan needs to be put back. Some old lattice needs to be taken down. And three packs of heavy tiles need to be moved from the laundry to a shed.

Hi all, I need help hanging up a painting - 120cm x 160cm. Masonry wall. 1 existing hook and 1 existing nail in the wall (pictured) but will need new screw drilled in as the painting needs to sit higher.
