Hang 3 light picture frames

I want to fix a minor damage to the rear bumper of a car Tesla Model 3, with several light surface-level scratches near the edge and visible scuff marks on the lower portion of the bumper, likely from contact with another object. There are no visible dents or deformations on the panel.

I’m setting up a new plant store and have purchased T5 lighting units and some pendant lights that need to be properly installed. The lights need to be fixed under shelving and tidied up with all wires hidden. No wiring work is required, as all units come with power plugs and just need to be connected. I have approximately 17 x 90cm and 29 x 120cm T5 lighting units, as well as 7 pendant lights that need to be hung above the centre table and front displays. I’ve attached some pictures for reference. Please let me know if you can assist with this project.

My clothes rail in my bedroom wardrobe collapsed and needs to be replaced. You will need to provide new rail and support brackets (at least 2 but 3 would be preferred): You will need to have your own tools as well. Approximate length of the rail is 2.6 meters.

3 small round plaster holes on ceiling to be patched. From hole saw - I have saved the plaster holes (discs). The Electrician cut out when wiring in lights.
