Need help replacing 4 x passage door handles already purchased

My fridge is not cooling down enough, I keep disconnecting it for up to 24 hr and connecting it again which fixes the problem but then after a few days or weeks it happens again which is why I think it might be the condenser that is broken

I have 4x chairs that have gotten loose overtime. I’ve already tried tightening nuts and bolts but they need more maintenance. 2x chair seat base are coming out as pictured.
