The ceiling in this bedroom was damaged by water leak from broken roof tile. Tiles have been replaced and leak fixed. Need handyman to check ceiling, reinforce and cut out damaged area and supply plaster sheet and plaster to finish job ready for paint . Good access to ceiling and house is single story.

Internal roll up blind is not retracting, chain seems ok

This is a Samsung GD800GDLS fridge, had it 'fixed' twice but this keeps happening, I now blow dry it and a couple of weeks later it is doing it again, the temperature is fine. Is it worth trying to get it fixed again or should I just give up and buy a new one

Truck stuck on H beam of retaining wall. Need to remove part of the beam so it can drive off. Urgent. Can possibly remove the black storage rack for better access (4 bolts underneath). Will add $ if can do that also.
