I have purchased 2 DC ceiling fans. This needs to be replaced with the 2 old fans already installed. Please check the images for the fan.

Garage Door Alignment has gone

Bedroom window requires replacement for a flyscreen.

Wisteria is growing up side of garage wall. I want to setup a way for it to climb around the frame of the garage door, and over to left side fence. Job cost to supply and install trellis/framing

3 up stairs manual roller shutters faulty

A window roller shutter is not working.

We have a door, already painted. Needs to be installed on the pantry, so it needs holes for the handle and hinges and then installed.

I have spare flooring boards. Want to cover this vent hole to have flooring across.

** Hi all ** 10/12 - Apologies about the edit to this task. I had a good suggestion that it was silly to fix the mixer tap but better to replace it (which makes sense). I would need someone to grab a similar mixer tap from bunnings and install it (of course making sure it doesnt wobble like the current one). If you could please quote/price the job including purchasing/supplying the mixer tap *** Mixer tap in the kitchen sink is loose. See attached still images and I can text a video to you if required. Needs some sort of attachment above and below the sink line perhaps to tighten and hold it in place. You can see from the images that there is a black grommet which has broken that perhaps used to keep it in place more.

Needing someone to come out and fix my front door, bedroom door and garage door from tight openings. Unable to open the front door with ease and some of the paint has already chipped off the door frame due to being too tight. The front door is a little tilted to the right so may need to change the door hinges to suit the door. The bedroom door isn’t as tight as the front door but I still have trouble opening it. The garage door has some paint on the handle so maybe that’s why it’s a little hard to open. Hoping to get this done on a weeknight as I work from 9-4.

Had a building and pest inspection done and they recommended me fixing the shower recess and wall for more potential damage to the property. Not looking to spend a lot. Need job to be done in late December.
