The hinges of my wardrobe have come undone, I have an inspection happening soon. I just need someone who can come up and put them back up. I believe the system for the opening and the shutting the door will need to be replaced so where we can come and do that it’ll be great. I’ll cover up the expenses if you can bring the equipment required.

We require a plumber/handy man to purchase the correct seal and install to the bottom of the shower screen doors to stop water splashing out. The shower screen doors are 600mm long and 10mm thick

Winder in this window has jammed. The winder will close only and not open - so the window is almost completely stuck closed. Ideally it needs to be fixed or failing that forced so the window can be opened freely (no need to replace).

Removal and reinstallation of retractable clothesline & garden hose from masonry walls. Seeking help with removing and reinstalling of a retractable clothesline and garden hose on a balcony. Removal should be relatively easy. Installation is to be completed on another balcony within the same building (4 floors higher) Installation - Walls are cement casting, both items will require a masonry drill for attaching to the walls. Clothesline has a cabinet and receiving bracket approx. 4metres in distance from each other. Hardware for the installation of the clothesline and receiving bracket to the wall is required, the product manual specifies - masonry sleeve anchors - 3 x 55mm long and 2 x 75mm long to fix the cabinet and 2 x 55mm long to fix the receiving bracket. The garden hose bracket is similar will require hardware for the installation into the wall, looking for the work to be carried out in the afternoon of Friday 31 January or afternoon of Saturday 1 February

My towel rail has come off the wall and it needs fixing.

We have bifold doors covering our laundry closet area. They both worked normally when we moved in, but the right-hand door won’t close since our washing machine was delivered - we think it was somehow bumped in the moving process and is now jammed. We haven’t been able to figure out how to fix it, and you can see in the photos that the door is starting to split on the inside from trying so we figured it was time to call in some professional help. Let me know if you need any additional information or photos - I know these aren’t incredible but it’s a tricky thing to photograph.

Small hole in drain pipe needs patching or fixing

We are needing a reception desk removed (the silver one with the red/orange pattern in pics, which is connected to a plastbloard wall) and replaced by another reception desk (free standing and already assembled). Removal of desk connected to wall would require patching up the plaster wall/painting wall, and using the additional carpet squares we have to ensure carpet fits to the new desk properly, and disposing of old reception desk. Looking for an experienced builder

I need an approximately 30x30cm section of drywall repaired. The hole is bordered on two sides by studs - one vertical and one horizontal.

We need two steel (Gavlanised?) security grills removed to allow some remedial work on the window frames. The grills are welded to pins that lock to the brick surround for the larger one and with bolts/coach screws welded to the grill for the smaller one. After the timber restoration is complete we then need the two grills reinstalled. The photos show the current attachments. The smaller window is 750x450 and the larger is 1400x1200.

Under sink cabinets are 30mm high. Cannot go higher as entire middle shelf is blocked by the kitchen pipe. Would like someone to assess whether the cabinet can be modified so the right hand side has higher clearance to install an under shelf pull out kitchen bin. Anyone experienced in this + could help with install of bin would be great.

Bathroom door is sticking and sometimes unable to open from the inside when closed. Can always open from the outside. Require someone with tools and skills to fix the door handle mechanism

I need a handyperson for some small jobs/repairs at my apartment in Erskineville within the next week or so. Thursday 28th November is preferred but I have some flexibility. - Replace bracket for noisy roller blind - Repair broken doggy door (door/flap has broken off - Securing 2 x loose PowerPoints in the kitchen. No wiring required, they just weren’t screwed in correctly after the wall was retiled - Take down wall mounted TV I will supply the parts - bracket for roller blind and replacement doggy door flap.
